Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation :

  1. Let the water boil and add the cinnamon
  2. Allow to cool, when it is cooled stir the cinnamon. Drink it cold!

IMPORTANT: Never add honey into hot water. It will lose its capacity.
