These are the three ingredients you should add in your morning coffe:
1. Coconut oil – is a true natural wonder with multiply uses. It helps the body to burn fat more quickly and efficiently.
2. Fat burning process is affected by minerals and vitamins, so honey is a good helper, because prevents deficiency of minerals and vitamins.
